1.What should I do if the UniGCS software cannot identify which COM port it is after scanning?

You can find the corresponding port in the Device Manager on your computer.
2.What should I do if the UniGCS software indicates a serial port conflict?

Close other serial port devices.
3.What should I do if the propulsion system cannot be scanned and there is no communication with it?

Check if the CAN cable is properly connected to the CAN LINK module. The wiring for the propulsion CAN is defined as follows: yellow for GND, red for CH, and blue for CL. Also, ensure that the USB cable can transmit data (some USB cables can only provide power).
4.What should I do if I cannot scan all propulsion systems?

Check if there are any duplicate CAN IDs among the propulsion systems. If there are, you need to set them to unique CAN IDs.
5.What should I do if there are not enough CAN ports on the CAN LINK module?

The CAN LINK module operates on the CAN bus protocol and can be connected to a model aircraft hub for additional ports.
